Bright golden yellow in colour with amber highlights, concentrated and consistent. Complex aroma, with the ethereal and fruited hints of peach and apricot jam, floral notes and a spicy final scent of vanilla. The flavour is fittingly sweet, alcoholic and enveloping with a refreshingly sapid vein and a long finish reminiscent of acacia honey, dried and candied fruit.
